2) What is the minimum age to hire a car?
23 years with 2 years full licence
3) Can more than one person drive the car?
Yes, you can have up to 3 named
4) Why is there no parcel shelf supplied?
For security & insurance reasons so do NOT leave valuables in the vehicle
5) What happens if I break down?
We have a 24 hour Emergency Number
6) Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?
No. The vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain
7) What happens if my flight is delayed?
All flights are checked & someone will be at the airport to meet you, 24 hours a day
8) What happens if I cancel my booking?
No cancellation fee is charged
9) Can I collect the car from an office but return it to an airport?
Yes to Alicante, Murcia (San Javier) and Valencia Airports
10) How can I pay?
Upon arrival by Visa or Mastercard
11) How long will I be expected to wait for my car at the airport?
We aim to complete the contract within 10 minutes
12) What do I need to carry with me when I drive?
A copy of the contract, your driving licence & passport
13) Can I collect the car at any time?
If collecting from an airport we offer a 24 hour / 365 day cover; but if
collecting from an office our opening times are:-
Mon-Fri' 09.30 - 14.00 & 17.00 - 19.30 ; Sat 09.30 - 14.00 (closed Sunday)
14) Where do I collect the vehicle at the airport?

15) Do the vehicles have air-conditioning?
All of our fleet comes with air-conditioning & power steering as standard,
plus other extras dependant on the model selected
16) Is insurance included?
Yes, although there is an 'excess' for damage if caused by you, and damage
to wheels & tyres is not included
