  2. What is the minimum age to hire a car?

    3. 25 years with 2 years full licence

  3. Can more than one person drive the car?

    4. Yes, You can have up to 2 additional named drivers, €10 charge (per contract) will be added for each additional driver.

  4. Why is there no parcel shelf supplied?

    5. For security & insurance reasons so please do NOT leave valuables in the vehicle

  5. What happens if I break down?

    6. We have a 24 hour Emergency Number

  6. Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?

    7. No. The vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain

  7. What happens if my flight is delayed?

    8. You must keep us informed of any changes. A charge may be applied for excessive delays

  8. What happens if I cancel my booking?

    9. No cancellation fee is charged

  9. Can I collect the car from an office but return it to an airport?

    10. Yes to Alicante, Murcia (San Javier) 

  10. How can I pay?

    11. Upon arrival by Visa or Mastercard CREDIT card.

  11. How long will I be expected to wait for my car at the airport?

    12. We aim to complete the contract within 10 minutes

  12. What do I need to carry with me when I drive?

    13. A copy of the contract, your driving licence & passport

  13. Can I collect the car at any time?

    14. If collecting from an airport we offer a 24 hour / 365 day cover;If the vehicle collection is between 22:00 & 06:00 a 10€ supplement will be charged and if the vehicle return time is between 22:00 & 06:00 a 10€ supplement will be charged. but if collecting from an office our opening times are:-
    Mon-Fri' 09.30 - 14.15 & 17.00 - 19.30 ;
    Sat 09.30 - 14.15 (closed sunday& local holiday).

  15. Do the vehicles have air-conditioning?

    16. All of our fleet comes with air-conditioning & power steering as standard, plus other extras dependant on the model selected

  16. Is insurance included?

    17. Yes, although there is an 'excess' for damage if caused by you, and damage to wheels & tyres is not included

  17. What is fuel policy?

    18. If collecting the vehicle from an airport, fuel charges apply. The current fuel charge will be advised on confirmation of your reservation. Please note that fuel charges are subject to change due to the fluctuation in local fuel prices
